Featured Project:
Bromley-Hishinuma Farm, Brighton, CO

This historic farm complex was settled by Emmet Bromley, "the Father of Adams County" in the 1880s. In 1947 it was sold to the Hishinuma and Koizuma families, who lived there until 2006 when the City of Brighton purchased the farm to save it from encroaching development. Avenue L prepared a comprehensive historic master plan and design documents to restore and adaptively reuse the buildings for public functions.
